Item 9. I give to my Grand Daughter Susan D. Wilkins one thousand
Dollars in good notes to be put in the care of her Father or next
friend and kept at interest for her until she arrives of lawful age
or marries and the notes to be renewed every year so as for the
money to have its lawful increase to her my said Grand Daughter her heirs and assigns forever but should my said Grand Daughter die without Issue before she arrives of lawfull age or marries it is my Will that the money go to her present brother or be equally divided between her Brothers and Sisters (should she have any) and not decend to her Father as the Law in that case provides.-

Item 10. I give to my Grand Daughter Mary Ann Evans, one thousand dollars in good notes to be put in care of her Father or next friend
and kept at lawfull Interest and the notes to be renewed every year
so as for the money to have its lawfull increase until she arrives
of lawfull age or marries to my said Grand Daughter her heirs and
assigns forever but should my said Grand Daughter die before she
arrives of lawfull age or marries it is my will that the money be
equally divided between all her surviving sisters (and brothers if
she has any) and not to go to her Father as the Law in that case provides.

Item 11. I lend to my Daughter in-Law Nancy Johnston all the land
that lies between the land laid off for her Dower and Dempsey
Skinners line and the line of the land I have given to my grand son
