assigns for ever but should my said Grand Son die without issue be-
fore he arrives of lawfull age my will is that the money be equally
divided amongst all his surviving brothers and sisters and not to
go to his father as the Law in that case provides.-

Item 9. I give to my Grand Daughter Susan D. Wilkins one thousand
Dollars in good notes to be put in the care of her Father or next
friend and kept at interest for her until she arrives of lawful age
or marries and the notes to be renewed every year so as for the
money to have its lawful increase to her my said Grand Daughter her heirs and assigns forever but should my said Grand Daughter die without Issue before she arrives of lawfull age or marries it is my Will that the money go to her present brother or be equally divided between her Brothers and Sisters (should she have any) and not decend to her Father as the Law in that case provides.-
