Item 13. I give and devise to my three Daughters the following
negros (viz); to my Daughter Esther Wilkins I give my negro men
Ruben and Lewis, my negro woman Bridgett and her five young children (viz); Simon, Willis, Mingo, Sileer and Mahalah them and their future increase, to her my said Daughter her heirs and assigns forever.

To my daughter Mary Battle my negro men Sam and Isaac, my
negro woman Milley and her four children (viz) Ephram, Tempey,
Cesar, and Beck and my boy Peter them and their future increase to her my said Daughter her heirs and assigns forever. To my Daughter Nancy Evans my negro men, Mat and Abram, my negro woman
Darkis and five children (viz) Dinah, Balam, Charles, Holloway and Chaney them and their future increase to her my said Daughter her heirs and assigns forever and it is my will and desire that after my wife choses out what negros is lent her that all the rest of the negros shall be equally divided between all my said three Daughters or their lawful representatives share and share alike to them their heirs and assigns forever and it is my will and desire that all the negros be allowed to keep and enjoy all the property they have acquired themselves as I wish them to be as well satisfied as the nature of the case will permit.

Item 14. I give and devise all my land that I may die seized and
possessed of and not otherway disposed of to be equally
divided between my two Daughters Esther Wilkins and Mary Battle
or their lawfull representatives share and share alike (as I have
given Nancy Evans what I consider an equal part) to them my said
Daughters Esther and Mary their heirs and assigns forever.

Item 15. It is my will and desire that after all my just debts is
paid or provided for and the legacies herein named paid or provided for that all the rest and remainder of my estate (not before provided
for) of whatever nature it may be or kind may be equally divided
