between my three Daughters, Esther Wilkins, Mary Battle and Nancy Evans for the use and benefit of themselves and their Husband or their lawfull representatives and it is my will and desire that my Executor have the notes on hand divided as above whenever they find they will be to spare and that all posable indulgence be given to my creditors that can be done with safety so as no poor person may be distressed as long as as long as they keep their notes renewed with good security and it is my will and desire that my Executor make my Daughter Nancy Evans a wright to fifteen shares in the State Bank at Tarb. agreeable to a written instrument I have left for that purpose.

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my worthy friend Doctor
Robert Williams (of Pitt County) my Nephew Peter Hines, my Son in-
law Joel Battle and my Son in-law James Wilkins and Peter Evans my
whole and sole Executors of this my last will and testament hereby
revoking and Disannuling all other will by me made or ordered to be made and do hereby rattifie and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and Testament- In witness thereof I the said Amos Johnston have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
