My Dear Wife.

Your letter of last Sunday which I
received this morning, gave me the most sin-
cere pleasure, as it contained assurances of your
recovery. I have been very uneasy on accounty of
your situation and I most heartily rejoice that
the danger is over, and I now trust that you will
soon regain your wanted health and spirits.
I am becoming exceedingly anxious to see you
and it is with no little difficulty that I can
reassure myself from the midaly commonly
dominated home
