You will please take notice that I shall proceed to the
dispositions of James M Smith & others at the Counting Room of
William T. Clarke & Co at Henry Court House on Monday the 9th day
of March next, between the hours of 10 o clock A.M. and 5 o clock
P.M. and to continued from day to dayk, between the Same hours
of each day-- until completed.-- And at the store house of John
D. Watkins in Henry County on thursday 12th day of March next
between the hours of 10 oclock A.M. and 5 oclock P.M. and to continue
from day to day till completed I shall proceed to take the
depositions of George Gravely & others. And at the Counting room of
William T Clarke & Co at Henry Court House on Monday
the 13th of April next between the risind and seting of the Sun
and to continue from day to day untill completed. I shall
take the deposition of James M Whittle & others, and at the
Store House of John D. Watkins, in the County of Henry on
thursday the 18th of April next, between the rising & seting of
the sun, and to continue form day to day between the same hours untill completed,
I shall proceed to take the depositons of John Ployatt and others
all of which depositions are to be read, as evidence in a suit
in Chancery defending in the Circuit Superior Court of Law
and Chancery for Henry County, in which I am plaintiff
and you are Defendants--
