Gave Blankets (say 1st Jany 1842) to every man, woman, & child on the place which required fifty six Blankets
Gave to the men Jacket & Trowsers @ $7 the suit, requiring 22 suits, also a flanel shirt & woolen cap.
and to the women six yards of white planes cost in Charleston 43 cents pr yard
and to the children twice the length from the ground to the top of their heads requiring say 200 yards

10th April 1842 gave to each (29) women 5½ yds cotton osnaburgs = 150 yds Pantaloons of do to 25 men & 3 yds of do =75 yds
and a small quantity to little children say 50 yards which required in all 275 yards
and a Hand Kerchief to each woman & young girl working
