Dear Mr. Chairman:
Mr. John Cullinane, President of the Cullinane Corporation a computer softward company located in Boston, Mass. has offered to let the Select Committee install and use a software package known as the EDP Auditor. This software package sells for $22,000 and will be made to the Committee at no charge for as long as the Committee is in existence.
In order for the Committee to make full use of the EDP Auditor package, it will be necessary to have a representative of the Cullinane Corporation install the package and instruct the user. The Auditor package will be installed at the Library of Congress Computer Installation and programmed by the Library of Congress personnel assigned to support this Committee.
The attached resume for Mr. Baker is the Consultant whose services will be necessary for a period not to exceed ten (10) days at a fee of $90.00 per day. I would appreciate an early reply to this request.
