The following is the substance of a sermon preached
by Reinard the Fox to the assembled neighborhood of
vermin, fowls & quadrupeds celebrating ye funeral
of a night owl, whose dead body was found on the
premises of the Pit Rooster, and on whom a jury of
inquest had rendered a verdict of death by accident
from the hand of sd Pit-rooster in the perpetration
of an unlawful act.
