The inspectors took upon themselves the reconsideration
of the delinquent to the last exchange day it is considered
that John Forbes is excused from any fine

It is also considered that the fine assessed against O. G.
Finley for failing to return his lott at our last meeting
be remitted fifty cents --

it is considered that his fine be remitted
