Dear Sir

We wish to bring some suits
in the Federal Courts, the object of this is to ascertain
whether you will prosecute them for us, for twenty
five dollars each, and charge no commission
the money to be collected and paid us
by the Marshal. An attorney of respectable
standing has offered to conduct our
business in the Federal Courts for the
fee above named, we prefer the
business should be in your hands
and you will please inform us by
the return of Mails whether you will undertake
the business on the conditions as above stated.

Very Rspectfully
Yr ob srvt
