Fayettworth Feby 9th 1822

Dear Sir

If my deposition will be necessary in the
case Lambert & Brothers vs Burus & Chisden will
you be as good as to send me a [commission?]
and have a notice served on them to attend
at the Court house in Fayettworth on Saturday
the 2nd of March next.

Should John Tyson be at Court I will thank you
if you have an opportunity to inquire of him
what he may know about the matter.

I duly receaved your letter containing a list of
[?] which will be of great service
to me, for which I thank you
