You one agent and Colector for sevearel who have claims a ganst me say James Mason Hinton & Brand & others I wish you to asertain of them how long they will wate as I wish to to sell my possesions on a credit of 12 months in order to satisfy the same I wish you to let me no by this day weeke I will call at your office on Sunday next at 9 oclock in the morning ps send an anser.

After my respects to you I want you to Inform me if there is any safe way of sending you the mony in the case Tate vs Allen & Benton of [Anson?] returnable to Wake County Superior Court Spring Term please write me what way you would advise me to make a return of the mony if I cannot come myself & I think it will be out of my power to come come in consequence of my Courts coming on a bout the same time if you can get it from Mr Strange of Faytville or Joves of Moore I can transmitte it by them very convently I am Sir yours Respectfully
