Haywood Chatham County NC 1st March 1822

Dear sir

I should have been at Hillsbro but I had a rising on my hand which was very painfull --

I arrived here yesterday and have arranged with Joseph Minten to his satisfaction and have found that Mary Finch in the Tennant in possession of the McCarrrol land if you will forward Mr Millens writ by post to me as post master at this place I will have it Executed with out Delay. pray dont fail to send it from Granville Court by first mail as that it may reach here in time as that suit and the arrangement with Mag Minten will enable us to be ready for his at this court

I wrote from Fayette ville to you at Raleigh last week which I hope got to hand before you left Raleigh all will I remain yours H Bramon
