Fair and pleasant -- nice breeze -- Wrote & copied and sent 3 page letter to Andrew Nicholls, Los Angeles -- Theodore Figel was arrested in San Fran yesterday afternoon on one charge of murder, two of forgery, and three, felony and embezzlement -- He was previously arrested on three charges of embezzlement and held on $12,000 bonds but no more bonds now. He is in jail -- So says the S.F. Report of today -- Young Will Perkins, who graduated from the Keeley cure here yesterday went to Reno last evening, where his father, Perkins the druggist at Virginia contemplates starting a drug store, putting Will into it, selling out at Virginia and retiring from the business himself -- Bed 11 --
