Mr. C. Kendall

Dear Mr. Kendall:

Your letter and offer received -- and I don't believe that it will interest me -- -- You see -- it isn't a thing that I'm trying to get rid of or unload on anyone -- It's a money maker now -- and with very little effort I could make it into a real money maker -- I've been here primarily for a vacation -- and have taken things as such -- and the trade that comes here -- comes by its own

Locomotion and volition -- If I do not find a suitable buyer within the next month or two -- then I'll put a little energy into the thing -- and endeavor to put the Inn -- on a big paying basis for next year.

By opening up an office in Reno next March or April -- (enlarging Inn in meantime) there isn't any reason why I can't have between 25 or 30 of the divorce trade -- the year round -- as the Reno ranches have -- (at high prices)

Even this trade by itself would me around $50,000 +/- a year gross with more than $30,000 profit -- and I've seen ranches accomplish this with little or nothing by comparison.

Yours Very Truly

J.A. Marshall II
