Pollock as chaperon visited the
buildings and grounds. Everything
and every place was not only
orderly but scrupously clean.

Many of the patients of
the asylum were in a most
pathetic condition. The question
naturally arose why are they,
as they are? Who can answer?
But there is consolation in
knowing that Nevada is scien-
tific in her treatment of the
poor unfortunate.

As teachers, we returned from
the State Institution for the
feeble-minded to the State
Institution for the strong-minded
with many psychological problems
to consider.
