Inventory of Separate
property of Mary L. Budden

Know all men by these Presents, that I Mary L. Budden, wife of G. W. H. Budden resident with him at Reno, in the County of Washoe in the state of Nevada, do make and sign and acknowledge the following as a full and complete inventory of my separate property as the wife of said G. W. H. Budden in conformity to the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada approved March 10, 1873, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and wife", and I do hereby allege that all of said property has been acquired by me since my marriage by gift bequest, devise or descent or with the rents issues or profits thereof, or by my own Earnings, with the rents, issues and profits thereof which my said husband has allowed me to appropriate to my own uses. Said property consists of and is described as follows to wit: 1st. Of a Lease and Lease-hold Estate of in and to all that certain piece and parcel of land situate in the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada and known and described on the map of said Town as being the West sixty feet of the north half (being twenty five feet north and south on Virginia Street) of Lot No. 6 (Six) in Block P, extending as
