Inventory of separate property of Katie Rinehart

Know all men by these Presents, That I Katie Rinehart wife of A.W. Rinehart, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and with my own money: That I make this Inventory under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, approved March 10th, 1873, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife:

30 Turkeys with their increase, 1 Horse, branded S 1 Milch Cow:

That the above described property is now in my possession and under my care and control on the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Eighteen, Township Nineteen North, Range Twenty East, M.D.B.&M., containing 40 acres of land, situate in said County and State, and on which I now reside Witness my hand and seal this Second day of May, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty one.

W. Rinehart, personally known to me to be the individual described in and who executed the annexed instrument, who duly acknowledged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and for the user and purposes therein mentioned. Witness my hand and Official Seal at Reno in said County, the day and year in this Certificate first above written.

Inventory of Separate Property of Hannah S. Crockett

Know all men by these Presents, that I, Hannah S. Crockett, wife of L. L. Crockett, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, but at present residing in Carson City in said State, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete Inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift from my said husband:

Inventory:

Lots Seven and Eight in Block T in said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the official map of said Town together fronting 100 feet on the west line of West Street, with a depth of about 40 feet to a 40 feet alley, and bounded on the North by Second Street; together with all the tenements, [here?] and appurtenances thereunto belonging and appertaining:

I further certify that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife, " approved March 10, 1873. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18'day of July, A.D. 1881.

Know all men by these Presents that I, Columba A. Fevatti, wife of Angelo Fevatti, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete Inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift from my said husband:

The undivided one part of all those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in said County of Washoe and described as follows:

The North half of Lot Two in N.W. 1/4 of Section of T.18N, R.20E., M.D.B.&M. containing 32 [?] acres. Also, ten acres of land conveyed by G. R. Holcomb and wife January 24, 1875, July recorded on pages 368-69-70 in said Vol'6 of Deeds: Also, the undivided one half part of 4 horses, 2 wagons, harness, 2 cows, 6 hogs, 1 mowing machine, and all other personal and movable property now upon the several lots of land above described, and now in my possession.

I further certify that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife" approved March 10: 1873. Witness my hand and seal this 22 day of July, A.D. 1881.
