a four minutes; 1 1/2 oz sheet gelatine;
boiled in 1 pt of water; this must
be mixed with the above; [then?]
poured into the above.

Cottage Pudding.
1 Tea cup of sugar.

1 oz of Butter.
1 teaspoonful of soda

2 Eggs - a little nutmeg.
Bake 3/4 of an hour in a
