Mr. Chairman, I just remembered why we didn't have elected before and that was
because, we didn't want this to apply to such boards as the Board of Regents
and that that would be mentioned in the constitution.
But they arn't elected.

the Board of Regents and Charities and Corrections mentioned, it would take
them out from under this. I just recalled that...

the Board of Regents.
