Overall, this transcription looks pretty good. I believe the first line of the address on the right side of the postcard is "Dr. Alfred Cohn". I deduced that based on the fact that these cards are from his personal collection. I believe the city in Germany is "Friburg in Baden" and not "Friburg in Berlin" only because when I looked up Friburg online, it seemed to be located in the region of Baden. I can't tell the name of the postcard writer either, but perhaps it is "Herman"?
