BRIGHAM YOUNG, Deceased.

REPORT OF SPECIAL TRUSTEES.

Come now ANGUS J. CANNON, SYLVESTER Q. CANNON, LEWIS T. CANNON,
HUGH J. CANNON and JOHN M. CANNON, special trustees duly appointed
by the Court on or about the 23rd day of December A.D. 1905, for
the express and sole purpose of conveying to THE SALT LAKE INVESTMENT
COMPANY, a corporation, all the right interest and title of the
said decendent BRIGHAM YOUNG, at the time of his death, in and to
the following described real estate situate in the County of Salt Lake State of Utah, to-wit;-

Commencing 80 rods East of the Southwest corner of the
Southeast quarter of section three (3) in township one (1)
South, of Range one (1) west, Salt Lake Meridian, and running
thence East forty four (44) rods; thence North twenty eight
(28) rods; thence West forty four (44) rods; thence South
twenty eight (28) rods, to place of beginning.

and respectfully report to the court that on the 28th day of April
A.D. 1906 they executed and delivered to the said SALT LAKE INVESTMENT
COMPANY, a corporation, a deed, duly referring to the order
of this court appointing them as such trustees for such purpose,
and authorizing and directing such transfer, conveying to said
THE SALT LAKE INVESTMENT COMPANY, a corporation, all the right,
interest and title in said above described premises held or owned
by BRIGHAM YOUNG at the time of his death.

WHEREFORE your trustees pray that this report be approved, and
they be discharged.
