In the Matter of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased

Whereas George Q. Cannon, Albert Carrington & Brigham Young, executors of the last will of said decd. have filed in said Court their accounts of the administration of the estate of the deceased, and their petition praying a settlement and allowance of the same and their discharge as executors; this ordered that the 17th day of November 1879 at the court room in County Court House in the City of Salt Lake in said County, at the hour of 10 O'clock am of said day, we, said the same are, appointed as the time and place of hearing said petition; and it is ordered that a citation issue to the heirs, devisees and all persons interested in the estate; that said citation be published in the Deseret Evening News a newspaper published in said city of Salt Lake; at least five consecutive days prior to said hearing, and be personally served on all interested persons found in the Territory of Utah, at least ten days prior to said hearing.
