to probate and Letters Testamentary issued thereon

We therefore ask that Special Letters of Administration
be granted to your petitioners, with full power and
authority to collect, and preserve all the goods, chattels,
debts, and effects of the deceased and generally to do
any and every act necessary to be done in the premises
in order to preserve from damage, waste and injury,
the goods, chattels, effects and estate of the said
deceased, until the said will shall be admitted to probate
and Letters Testamentary issued thereon.

Hi. Should we be indexing all mention of Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County as places? No problem to do it, but I suppose it can be correctly assumed that all locations are there, unless otherwise noted in the text.
