In the Matter of the Estate of Brigham Young decd. Order for citation etc.

On reading and filing the petition of J.W. Ellerbeck and of others, sureties of Albert Carrington one of the executors of said estate, on his official bond, praying to be released from responsibility thereon on account of future acts of said Executor. It is ordered that a citation be issued by the Clerk to said Executor requiring him to appear before the Court on the 12th day of April instant at the County Court House. Salt Lake City at 10 o'clock A.M. of that day to show cause why he should not give other surety as Executor of said estate.

Pursuant to an order of said Court in said matter made and entered therein this day you are hereby cited to appear at the Court Room of said Court at the Court House in Salt Lake City on Friday the 12th day of April 1878 at 10 A.M. at which time and place the petitions of T. W. Ellerbeck and of others, sureties to your official bonds as Executor of said Estate praying to be released therefrom on account of your future acts will be heard. Given under my hand this 2nd day of April A.D., 1878
