ORDER

The petition of Gaylen S. Young for the appointment of himself as
successor-in-trust of the estate of Brigham Young, deceased, having been
filed, and it appearing from said petition that due and legal notice of
the hearing on said petition should be given to Mabel Sanborn, daughter
of Brigham Young, 704 North First West Street, Salt Lake City, Utah; Fanny
Y. Clayton, daughter of Brigham Young, 204 East Seventh South Street, Salt
Lake City, Utah; and to the Brigham Young Family Association, c/o Irwin
Clawson, 16 West South Temple Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, and that such
notice will be sufficient to advise the numerous descendants of the said
Brigham Young of the hearing on said petition,

Now, therefore, on motion of W. G. Howell, attorney for the petitioner,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that notice of the hearing on
said petition for the appointment of Gaylen S. Young, as successor-in-trust
be given to Mabel Sanborn, Fanny Y. Clayton, and the Brigham Young Family
Association by mailing a copy of said notice to said persons and to the
said association, and by posting notice of said hearing according to the
laws and statutes in such cases made and provided.
