Dear Governor,
I wish to take this means of expressing my
admiration for you, in the stand you have taken in the
Hillstrom case. Few men can withstand pressure as you
have in cases of this sort, and I can fully appreciate
the feeling which you have had in the case. I think
your letter to the President of the U.S. was a very
logical and timely document. I think the people of
the State of Utah should be proud of you, for the stand
you have taken on this case.
