Whereas Joe Hill a member of our
organization was convicted or murder in the
State of Utha, and

Whereas We the undersigned are of the opion
that Joe Hill was wrongly accused and
unjustly convicted, and

Whereas The crime Joe Hill was convicted
of was the result of attempted burglery We are
convincted that Our Fellow Worker held his
position and trust in Our Organization too sacred
to even think of stooping so low as to attempt
such petty and fiendish offense and

Whereas

We knew our Fellow Worker as an honest
upright working man.

Therefore

We beg the Governor of the State of
Utha to use his Office in the best interest
of humanity by commuting Our Fellow
Workers sentence from death to a stay of
execution until the Supreme Court of the
