W.F. Anderson being sworn says, I am a physician of thirty years practice; have attended on Brigham Young for the last ten years, am familiar with his present health, and state that it is so feeble, that his life would be in danger by making the journey from here to Beaver and could not be taken without the greatest danger.

I have just now seen Geo. A. Smith who is and has been dangerously ill for several months, a trip from here to Beaver would in my opinion jepordise if not end his life
