The council met at the Meeting House pursuant to
adjounrment. Roll call. A quorum present.
Prayer by councilor J. F. Allred.
Councilor J. F. Allred preffered a resolution seconded
by councilor D. H. Allred and adopted by the council, To writ
That the city officers herein after mentioned []
the Mayor each city councilors Marshal and Recorder be
required to attend all meetings of the city council
(unless a reasonable excuse be rendered) or be subject to a fine of
fifty cents for each neglect.
An ordinance was passed appointing Peter Justisen
City water master.
Also an Ordinence appointing Rasmus Justisen City
Marshal. Closing prayer by [ B] F. Olsen.
The council adjourned to meet at J. F. Allred's on Tuesday
the 22 of Dec /74. 4 O. clock & 30 min P.M.

The city council met at
Councilor J. F. Allred's, Roll call: a quoram present.
An ordinance was passed appointing Samuel G. Bunnel
City Tresurer. Peter Justinsen & Samuel Allred were
apponted City Police. John F. Allred City Attorney.
The council resolved to receive grain for taxes for the year
1874 at the same price as it was selling to the Spring City
Cooperative store at that time viz: Wheat 80 cets per bush.
Barley one dollar & twenty five cents per hundred pounds,
Oat one Dollar& thirty cents per hundred pounds,
The coundil adjounred Sin Die.
