Tuesday December 2, 1879

Council met in the tithing office. Mayor Larson
presiding. Prayer by Louritz Larsen.

Mads Neilsen made a verbal petition for
an appropriation of Three Dollars ($3.) to
pay the Spring Cit portion of the expense
of puting in a double gate at Ceder creek.
The petition was granted and an appropriation
of Three Dollars ($3.) was made to Mads Neilsen
to pay for said gates.

Councilor Schofield presented plots of the
graveyards and gave a verbal report concern-
ing them. The report was accepted.
The council agreed that the south east
quarter of the graveyard be surveyed and
set of into blocks and lots.

An appropriation of Three Dollars ($3.) was
Made to J. F. Allred city sexton for labor
performed on the graveyard.

Three bills asking appropriations for labor
and laid over until the [St. Supervisor] was
present. Council adjourned for one month.
