Have been for a fine long
walk with a friend of mine
here. We started out to
try and fish in the river
here and "nothing doing"
so went for a fine walk.
We started up a big hill
and didn't intend to
go to the top, but we got
there all the same. The view
is certainly fine and with
all the grain nearly ripe
it makes it seem almost
like some of the places around
home. This fellow is a ministers
son and knows Toronto and
Hamilton and all around
there well.

I am glad that you like the
pictures alright but I was pretty
tired and excited when they were
taken
