My dear Fan:- Thought that I had better write you to-night so that the letter could go in the morning. You see were are only allowed to send one letter a day at this school. It does not seem to be hardly right as a person doesn't feel like writing a letter every night. When I get a writing fit on I feel more like it. The reason is though that we only have two or three officiers here and they haven't time to censor all the letters.

Was a very lucky boy again to-day. Received a letter from Austie of June 10th and one from home of the 11th. pretty good eh?
Have received a good many letters lately though. Yours of May 19th and 29th I was very glad to see.
You will be rather lonely without Harry but then will have Jim I suppose.
I hope that you get plenty of time to run up to see the girls and then they can motor down to see you. I do want them to all ^to get along fine together and keep everything running alright. Darc should be a great help.

I received a fine parcel from I Isabel Patterson. Very decent of her to think of the troops eh? She said it was from the whole family. I guess she didn't want me to think that she had any particular liking for anybody especially.
I see that they have received the photos. They would have been a good deal better but it was raining and foggy and I was in a great hurry and rather worried
Well Fan must close and go to bed. Am
