I had a real decent meal
down there though. Plenty
of fresh vegetables and
tomatoes. I can buy
tomatoes around here
sometimes and they
certainly are a treat. Still
make Sandwiches with
them and they are O.K.

Tell Aut that that maple
cream didn't make me
sick. When I got it though
I said to myself "here's for
a sickener" but I wasn't a
bit.

There is a Canadian
mail in and am expecting
some letters but they
have not come down from
my battalion yet. They
will no doubt in a couple
of days. There also should
be a letter from Reg and
