Most of the cases are referred to the War of Chioggia (1378-1381), as a part of the Venetian-Genoese Wars.

[*Some numerals have special shapes; 2 (mostly looks like 12 or 11) and 3 (rarely looks like B).]
[*Some pages (even numbers) have edge out of picture (partly hides year).]
[*Cases with no number (some before case 1, one before case 728.]
[*Cases 1 through 8 were renumbered 3 through 10 (even though that repeats the following 9, 10) because of two cases added to front of book.]
[*Original (200 missing) gap at case 250 so later numbers are 200 too big.]
[*Cases (former 708 through 713] were changed to 709 through 714).]
[*Case between new709 and new711 WRONGLY written 709 and WRONGLY fixed 700 and needs to be 710 (however these are all 200 gap too big)?]
[*Different names ((or different town??)) have cases 158 through 179 used twice, so page 6 has 158-163 & 166-179 {Anno Domini=1310o1410-1372o1472} numbered almost like page 7 (158-168) {Anno Domini=1372-1404} and page 8 (169-179) {Anno Domini=1404-1426}.???]
