I am directed by the Lords of the
Committee of Privy Council for Trade to request
that you will transmit for their Lords [?]
information and guidance a Copy of the [Seals?]
of Changes (if any) made at the Port of Hull
for Warehouse and Yard [?] on Wrecked
Goods delivered into your Custody as Receiver
and if you are able to do so of charges of a
[?] nature made by Merchants and
others in the Locality.
