In case of Variance and discrepance betwixt
them by the amicable Sentance decreed and
determination of ane oddsman and oversman
whom the saids two Judges Arbitrators are hereby
impowered to Elect. To the amicable sentence
decreed and determination of which two perforce
aggreeing together in one voice and in case of
variance and discrepance betwixt them to the
amicable sentenced and deid of the said oddsman
mutually to be elected and choosen by them
with unanimous consent, the saids parties =
Submittors referr and Submitt themselves and -
give full power warrand and comission to them
aggreeing together in one voice as said is and -
in case of variance and Discrepance betwixt
their to the said oddsman and oversman to be
elected nominate and chooson by the saids Judges
arbitrators with mutuall advice and consent to
Cognosed Decide and amicably decern anent
what shall be done and performed by each one
