- following To witt one noble and potent E/ J E of P upon the one part and one noble Lady L Ms H Lawfull daughter to one high and mighty - prince (...) D off H of with advice and consent of the said High and mighty prince her fathr and of her Grace A. D. of H. her mother and they as laking - Burthen for the said L. M. their Daughter upon the other part. In manor form and effect as after foll: [oweth]. That is to say the said Mr E of C L M H not consent forsaid have consented and agreed to marry take and accept each of them [others] for their Lawfull Spouses and to solemnize and compleat the holy Bond of Marriage grupon in due form. In Contemplation of the which marriage the said W E / J E of P Binds and Obliges him & his heirs whatsoever so make due and Lawfull Resignation of all and sundry his Lands Loss of Baronies and othyrs underwritten To witt of all C haill of Together with all right Title & Interest which the said W E had has or any ways may have clame or pretend to the Lands (…) Baronies [Teinds] milns woods fishings patronages and others particularly abovewritten. In the hands of his Immediat Lawfull superiors yrof present & for the time being or in the lands of their Commissioners habing power to Receive Resignations and Grant new Investments yr upon and that in fabours and for new Investment of the [same] to be made given and Granted to the said H E & E of P and the heirs male to be procreat of his marriage

H. in Aforent during all the days of her Liftime In all & ~ Haill and yearly @ rent or annuity of [cf?] free of all stents loss taxations stipends for duties and all other Burthens retentiosn and deductions ~ whatsoever imposed or to be Imposed to be uplifted and taken at 2 terms in that year to and in winter by equall portions furth of all and haillf or furth of any part or portion thereof read just and that by two savorall Insostments and manor of holdings and the one thereof to be holden of the said N. E. and his forsaids and the other to be hold on from him and them of his Immediate ~ Lawfull Superiors of the saids Lands both in free blench for the yearly payment of a pennie scots more [?] at the forst and torm of W. in name of blench [duhoi?[ if the [samen?] be asked allenarly and therupon to make grant and Subscribe to the said L.
