Sir, re 16 Kidbrook Grove
Your favor duly to hand.
We are much surprised to
hear that General Bray
has disputed our charge as
you are aware that in your
presence Mrs. Bray asked
our Mr. Stiff what the
amount of our charge would
he & was told about £10.10.0.
As we do not in any way
wish to misapreaciate the
Generals kindness we will
accept his offer for the

amount of £ 8.10. as we
do not think for the sake
of £2 it is worth considering.
It is usual when fixtures are
taken at a valuation to
charge 2 1/2 % on the amount
but this we have not done.

Awaiting the favor of
your reply

We are Sir

Yours faithfully

A H Stiff
