Re 13 Kidbrook grove

Sir
I have been to
Blackheath to see the
above and Mrs. Harrison
showed me over all the
premises. I am convinced
that £15 would pay all
the expenses of painting etc
The ceilings have been
whitewashed and she is
now having the painting
done where it has worn.
As far as the outside it
appears in very good condition
but £10 would certainly
cover all the outside would
require. Mr. Harrison has
written to Mr. Clapton to
ask him to have the
Breakfast room and
library papered as
they are very badly worn
but all the other parts
are in good repair and
order

Yours Faithfully
