Att Stiff & Co. late BARING, SON & FIELD AUCTIONEERS, &c.

Devonshire Chambers, 16, Bishopsgate St. Without London. 8 Oct 183 E.C.

A.W. Vasey Esqre.

Dr Sir,

We have this day been to examen the house 16 Kidbrook Grove and at Mrs. Bray's request beg to inform you that now Mr. Harrison's furniture is removed we find that the kitchen range is thoroughly out of repair and in fact it is useless to try and cook by it. We also find that the scullery floor is in very bad condition and Mrs. Bray wishes these facts to be brought

under Dr. Clapton's notice. Otherwise the house appeared tolerably satisfactory

We are Dr Sir Yours faithfully
