Proceedings as follows--
The business of the mneeting was read and the
unfinished business taken up.
A Arington Treasurer gave his bond
for two thousand dollars- with two Securities
- Bro H V Porter & Payton Smith which
was approved. It was also made a law
or confirm by a general vote, Mr F Weaver
Shall hold the bond given by the treasurer.
A resolution was made and adopted that
every member of this association shall
pay in his monthly dues of twenty five
cents each, commencing from the night
of the 12th June. Also a decree was made
all who comes in after the 12th June, will
to pay more; every month from June the 12th
twenty five cents in addition to his regular
fee respectively each month adds twenty five
cents more. And this continues to increase
unitl it gets to a certain amount that
will be hereafter specified.
And further we have adopted that our
regular meetings shall be held on the
Sec.d Saturday night of every month.
