Pursuant to an Act of General Assembly entitled "An Act establishing
District Courts and for regulating the General Court" James Henry and
Joseph Jones esq are allotted Judges of the District Courts appointed
to be holden at Staunton, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg & Dumfries
at the next succeeding terms thereof. Given under our hands and
seals at the City of Richmond this 15th day of June 1790.
