*********: I take the liberty of leading to you a plea for adjusting the "tested question" which is ********** in the Congress of the United States - although ********* assume to the organization of such a system yet of the conclusion has been made, and best interests of the Country have in *****, ***** committed to a competition, by the means of which for this of the National ********** may be covered to uninvited perpetuation of its [illegible], I have thought that it might be prudent to adopt a course by which [illegible] accommodation of [illegible] might [illegible] and the case of the [illegible] until its trial extinguishes.
