Lepton mactroides.—Plate X., Fig. 5.
Shell triangular, subequilateral, thin and fragile, convex,
smooth and polished; beaks prominent, nearly central; basal
margin slightly contracted; posterior extremity more obtuse-
ly rounded than the anterior; anterior and posterior margins
nearly rectilinear from the apex.
