p. 530Gibralter, a post town in Grant county laid out on the south side of the Platte river near its mouth. It is three miles due north from Senapee. Glukie Rapids- a rapid on St. Louis river between the Grosse Roche and the Grand rapids, and immediately below the entrance of Glukie river. The descent of the river here is about five feet. Glukie river, a branch of the St. Louis river from the north, entering immediately above the Glukie rapids. Gold Lake-Wisconsin ont he line between Milwaukee & Jefferson periphery 3 miles-Length 1.m 24 ch area 270 acres. Gooseberry river, a tributary of the St. Louis river. Goose Falls. A falls on Pidgeon river of Lake Superior.
