of the half yearly income of the fund shall under any circumstances be expended, the remaining one tenth to be added to the capital until the clear annual income shall be sufficient for all desirable objects. This will require great patience on the part of the present parties and necessitate slowness of growth, but it will secure certainty and permanence to the museum.

The Institution will have an element of growth that with proper culture will in the course of time make it all that can be desired by any lover of science and of scientific investigation.
