I have the honor of informing you that your favor containing the decision of the Phila Numismatic and Antiquarian Soc. in regard to the gold coin has been laid before the Wis. Soc. of Nat. Hist.

The Board of Directors expressed their feelings of gratitude for the kindness you have had in procuring this information.

The Board wishes to distribute copies of this decision and therefore respectfully requests you to furnish them with a list of periodicals and societies having for their object the advancement of science knowing you to be connected with most of them.
