Dear Sir

Yours, of inquiry concerning the mounds
is received - with pleasure I hastened
to make the [exn?] requested

The circles with dots in the center show
the correct position of the two rows of
Mounds & the circles with [symbol] has two
which have ben excavated to make room for
buildings - Thirteen mounds remain
in the lower row 8' above & 5 in and
below south street

A distinct angle exists in the upper row
at the fourth mound from north end
see sketch I have shown the
position of a small mound east of
[Aztech?] St
