Dear Mrs. Phillips,

Our firm has recently purchased the former Olsen Publishing Company building located at 1445 N. 5th Street.

We have noticed that the street parking seems to be dominated all day by students from Milwaukee Technical College as well as the workers from the brewery near by. This would make it most difficult to service our customers properly when we move to this new location.

This letter, therefore, is a request to create a one-hour parking zone on 5th Street between Cherry Street and the alley to the South and on Cherry Street between 5th and 6th Streets.
